UOF 500 is a formulated chemical to remove scale, soot and fouling in Heat Exchanger, Air Fin Cooler, Furnace and pipe.
It is particularly effective in removing carbon type scale, metal oxide and performed as the pre-cleaning or rust remover prior metal passivation process on the surface to protect it from any chemical reaction that can cause the corrosion happen.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

The effective way to apply UOF 500 is via soaking and circulation method.
By incorporating the UOF 500 with dynamic circulation, stubborn scales can be removed by three processes, i.e break-up, loosening and removal.
Forward and Reverse circulations also may enhance the effectiveness of the chemical reaction.
