HYFREE PLUS

HyFree Plus is a specifically formulated chemical that will eliminate toxic gases and hydrocarbon vapor during plant turnaround, storage tank decontamination and cleans the walls of a vessel preventing the release of vapor from any scale that may remain.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Converting Toxic Gas and Hazardous Vapors to more soluble products for easy removal, freeze stable.
Can be diluted up to 1:500, more efficient than standard chemicals used to inhibit sulfur compounds.
Can be used in sour oil or gas process system.

HyFree Plus can be used with steam or with a water circulation method. During decontamination works, levels of Toxic Gases such as H20 and LEL are continually measured, when these reach zero (0), the vessel is drained and is safe to enter.
HyFree Plus is also used to break sludge, heavy hydrocarbon and coke during column and tank cleaning.
